I must admint i’m not much for playing games on a gaming consoles like the Wii, Playstaion or Xbox as I’ve grown very attached to my keyboard and mouse and my mmorpg games. I’ve spent many hundreds of dollars over the years keeping my pc upgraded with the latest processor, fastest ram, and most advanced video cards so that I can play all the latest releases of mmoprg games and others. I personally prefer the fantasy and roleplaying games but I know there are many that don’t share my views. My kids are especially fond of playing games on their Playstation and Nintendo Wii. If your like me and couldn’t tell the difference between one video gaming console and another you might check out Jerkbeard’s Electronics and Video Game Review . Leveling A Death Knight To 80

Ok I spent the better part of the weekend playing my favorite mmorpg game Wow and creating my Death Knight. I opted to go with a Draenei as since I havn’t had a character of that race before. I made it to level 60 pretty quickly. I’m amazed at the power of the Death Knight and how easy it was leveling this class. They are great fighting the mobs, solo and pvpfrom what I can tell so far. The biggest headache I found in creating a death knight was having to start leveling cooking, first aid and my chosen professions of jewelry crafting and mining. If I hadn’t spent so much time trying to get my profession levels maxed out I probably could have been half way to 80 by now. I’m shocked at the number of players that have already leveled their death knights to 80. I havn’t even started working on getting my mage, warrior, priest and rogue past level 70 yet but once I’ve used up my rest time on the knight I’ll start working on the others. Overall I must say I’m very pleased with this new class and how quick leveling it to 60 went. Death Knight leveling Guide It was definately a great expansion to an already wonderful mmorpg games

Wrath Of The Lich King Update

Well all my guild mates spent hours in line last night waiting on Gamestop to open up so they could be the first to get their copy of the Wrath of the Lick king. My understanding is they all got it installed and played into the wee hours of the morning. They were completely lost from what I’ve been told since they didn’t listen too me and buy a copy of the lich king leveling guide mentioned in my last post. I havn’t made it out yet to get my copy of the expansion pack yet. I’ll probably wait until tonight or this weekend giving Blizzard a chance to work out all of the bugs. Some of my guildies actually ditched work today to stay home and try to level their characters and create a new death knight. I’m not sure how they can afford to play the game if they are going to skip work but oh well, to each his own.

Fishing In World Of Warcraft

Has anyone out there taken the time to learn fishing in World of Warcraft? I havn’t messed with it since I started playing the game so decided I’d give it a shot. Man fishing in Wow takes dang near as much time as fishing in real life. I’d like to know if its really of any benefit to continue training my fishing skill or should I just give up on it and buy fish when I need them. Actually , I don’t ever remember buying any fish but they are always listed on the auction house for sale. I personally would rather go on a real fly fishing vacation than waste anymore of my game time working on my fishing skill. Oh well that’s just my opinion and I’m sure there is a place for it in the game, I just haven’t seen a need for it yet. Used fishing reels

Woman Jailed For Killing Husbands Maple Story Character

MMORPG Gaming has gone to new extremes as the Maple Story game provokes murder. In a story by the associated press they detail how a woman who was mad at her husban took revenge by killing his online vitrual character in a game called “Mapel Story”

The man was so upset at the killing of his vitrual Maple Story character that he called the police and reported the killing. The police then put the women in jail on suspicion of illegally accessing a computer and manipulating electronic data, used his ID and password and killed is character. While she hasnt been formally charged she can be fined up to $5000 and put in jail for 5years for the offence

Think twice before you decide to take revenge on your spouce by logging into their maple story account and trying to kill them off, lol While this isnt the first time someone has commited such offense it is starting to become more and more commone for them to be prosecuted. Some people just get way too involved in their role playing pc games.

When the Wrath of the Lich King expansion for World of Warcraft launches are you going to use a leveling guide to hit 80 as fast as possible? Do you think using a leveling guide is cheating or taking away from the game. My personal feeling about using leveling guides is that it destroys much of the fun involved with playing games like World of Warcraft and Warhammer Online, but for many it is just another part of the game.
